Abstract

The Paraguayan judicial system is the product of a relatively recent national historical evolution. Justice as an institution or state power represents a public service with sensitive consequences in society, since it is the only one competent to interpret, integrate and apply positive laws. Therefore, the current regulatory system in the Republic of Paraguay will be considered and analyzed in order to identify the existing weaknesses in its scheme, if they really exist in that area. Justice will also be reasoned as a value, as moral, present in each individual in a natural way, and that led him, from the origins of history, to seek answers in all areas of his life - the religious, divine, private even in the public in the state. In fact, the analyzed concept presents these two manifestations; and it is intended to face them in real events, in order to extract the origin of their inconveniences and their possible solutions.
