Abstract

Environmental Criminal Law is a relatively new branch of law that, in general, presents constant advances, in addition to having characteristics taking into account the specialty of the matter. Among the characteristics of environmental criminal regulations, we can highlight that they are criminal regulations of danger, of minimal intervention, among others. In this paper, only one of the characteristics of environmental criminal law will be addressed, which, although not exclusive to environmental criminal law, constitutes one of the most outstanding notes of this. This is, that in its construction, environmental regulations are presented, for the most part, as CRIMINAL LAWS BLANK

    Abogado por la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (200/2005), Post-grado en Didáctica Superior Universitaria por la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (2007), Curso de Capacitación en Liderazgo Estratégico por el Instituto de Altos Estudios Estratégicos - I.A.E.E. del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional (2012). Miembro de la Liga Mundial de Abogados Ambientalistas - LIMAA, con sede en la ciudad de México D.F. Docente/ Disertante de la cátedra de Derecho Ambiental en la Universidad Leonardo Da Vinci Luque - Py. Varios cursos, seminarios, talleres y encuentros nacionales e internacionales referidos a Derecho Penal y Derecho Ambiental. Reasignado como Asistente Fiscal ala Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Delitos Ambientales (2006/2012). Reasignado a la Fiscalia Adjunta del Área Especializada en Delitos Ambientales (2012/2013). Reasignado a la Coordinación del Área Civil de la Dirección de Gabinete Fiscal de la Fiscalia General del Estado (2013 a la fecha).
