Within the framework of the Act number 4251/10, the Language Act, the Public Ministry's Training Center has implemented since 2015 an education program, called “communicative Guarani in the workplace”, intended for public officials and prosecutors who need to improve their communicative skills in this language. This paper aims to analyse the impact generated by the course, specifically on the assistance granted by psychologists and social workers at the Victim Assistance Centre, CAV. In this sense, the work covered the months from january to june 2019. The investigation is descriptive, it covers the study of an specific phonomenon. The results were relevants due to the amount of assistances conducted in guarani, most of them in Asunción and the sorrounding cities. From the implementation of the education program, both victims and professionals can describe how they feel when speaking their mother tongue. The results are presented for institutional considerations, that allow to enhance the language proficiency in compliance with the Language Act, and as a valid instrument in the framework of the management for access to justice and the inclusion of vulnerable persons.
