Training: "Training Center training and level of satisfaction of fiscal agents for their performance"

The level of satisfaction is the satisfaction with the skills acquired. Traditionally, evaluations refer to academic performance, so there is a need to monitor applicability. The objective was to determine the level of satisfaction of the fiscal agents who completed the modules of induction to the position within the framework of the curricular mesh of the Training Center of the Public Ministry. For this purpose, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out, with statistical reviews from 2007 to 2009 and with surveys of 18 graduates (22.8%), out of a total of 79 fiscal agents in full exercise of their functions, who constituted the sample universe. The results of this research allowed us to observe an optimal level of satisfaction, some criticisms and suggestions that help identify the needs for its application in the professional field, as well as the opening of a vast field of research on the same subject but with different approaches and depths. .
