This research addresses the application of installed capacity indicators in quantitative terms, developed with the purpose of analyzing the presence of the prosecutors assigned to the Public Ministry according to the internal administrative distribution. Results were obtained for the rate of the amount of prosecutors per 100,000 inhabitants, for which the data on the total number of prosecutors, without specifying the jurisdiction, were crossed with the population projections published by the National Institute of Statistics with a comparison of the results obtained in 2021 and 2022. Results were obtained for the rate of tax agents per 100,000 inhabitants, for which the data on the total number of tax agents without specifying the jurisdiction were crossed with the population projections published by the National Institute of Statistics with a comparison of the results obtained in 2021 and 2022. Similarly, results were generated for the rates of prosecutors in each of the twelve ordinary areas that make up the institution, as well as for the specialized areas of the criminal jurisdiction. In addition, we identified the total number of prosecutors nationwide, the number of units at the time of the study, of which we identified how many have prosecutor in charge and how many are currently interim agents, the territorial distribution, the number of units assigned to them, as well as other data of interest.
