Abstract

The Public Ministry Training Center (CEMP) is a training center with academic excellence that leads paradigms in the field of education for the promotion of ethical, legal, social and cultural values ​​in order to provide efficiency in management and quality in the services. Its mission is the comprehensive training of the human talent of the Public Ministry, oriented to quality in institutional management, in order to contribute to excellence in the administration of justice and the strengthening of the rule of law. "Train for function" is the policy that incorporates the academic system of the Training Center. For this, it implements plans and programs that seek to develop competencies, skills and abilities and introduces innovative tools for their use and application, in the specific management that each group of trainees develops. It has, as a quality policy, the continuous comprehensive training of human capital to achieve the objectives and mandates of the Public Ministry. The permanent updating of teaching, research and cooperation, as well as academic relevance and the development of human talent through self-assessment and self-regulation processes, constitute its foundations. To ensure compliance with the quality policy, CEMP implemented a Quality Management system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
