Incidence of the law degree's graduation profile in the Public Ministry
Case study of internal tenders for Prosecutor's Assistant position in the years 2018 and 2019

The current paper aims to analyse the impact of the law degree's graduation profile in the internal tenders for Prosecutor's Assistan position in the years 2018 and 2019. As far as the methodoly, the approach is quantitative with interrelation level, with deductive method, the analysis is specific, over a population of 989 and a probability sample of 133 job applicants that correspond to those who reached the minimum percentage required in the rules of procedure for tenders in the Public Ministry. This paper also describes the plan of study shown in the quality standards of the ANEAES' National Model, and analyses the subject areas that are part of the basic and professional training proposed in the mentioned model. This study recognizes a good level in the areas of constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedural law, but a poor level in the areas of writing and the Public Ministry's internal normative.
